Using our exclusive mouse NGF 2.5S-ATTO Fluor-647N (#N-240-FRN), scientists captured time-lapse images showing NGF binding to PC-12 neuronal model cell membranes followed by transport into the cytoplasm – a process previously studied in fixed cells.

This live-cell experiment confirms the full biological activity of NGF-ATTO Fluor-647N while opening new possibilities for dynamic neurotrophin tracking.
